TRIBUNE HISTORY
- Twenty-seven years at the L.A. Times in San Diego, Orange County and downtown L.A. Started on the copy desk at the KC Star in 1976, and I'm still a copyeditor at heart. I was a news editor at The Times, mostly. Spent my last 10 years there working on the CCI software - training writers and editors, liaison with IT and the website, that kind of thing.
